Shab Deg Shabdeg or Shab daig () is a South Asian dish. It is cooked with Turnip and the meat version includes lamb, beef or chicken. It is considered to be a Kashmiri dish.〔(Shabdeg )〕〔(Kashmiri mutton dish )〕〔(Kashmiri Meat Shabdeg )〕 "Shab" means ''night'' and "daigh" means ''cooking pot'' in Urdu language.
